Formed in 1999, Upcoming Credit Professionals (UCP), is a group of young (mostly!) commercial lending and credit professionals who are relatively new to the commercial lending industry and/or to the Phoenix market. UCP's purpose is to:

• Have Fun!
• Network with peers, other professionals and managers from financial institutions within this market
• Build valuable knowledge regarding commercial credit culture and the banking industry.
• Grow personally by learning and developing valuable skills, such as leadership, communication, decision making, problem solving and management.

UCP has lived up to its mission statement! Since forming, UCP has organized an annual golf tournament each fall, held Lunch & Learn programs on a variety of topics, and hosted happy hours and holiday parties.
